Our fitness belief is that when training you must connect your mind and body to unlock a third spiritual potential, to break past a “self-set” barrier, and reach the next level of equilibrium. The transition into this phase, your “second wind”, is what we call “transcendence”.

Being new to fitness, it is a great confidence booster to know that every workout and training session was designed to progress me forward. I would have never attempted to complete a Spartan Race until I started OCRFitnesstraining and now it is an amazing personal accomplishment.
Our training sessions gave confidence in my abilities as a new athlete. Endurance, aesthetics, and strength. The endorphins that I got work from training helped maintain a positive attitude more often, relieve stress, and recharge my mind and body towards a healthier lifestyle.

I had to check the date stamp between the two photos I was looking at; It was just 6 months between them! Wow! I always thought it’ll take much longer to transform your body from a couch potato to something more attractive.
David was very supportive, and the routine was always fun and creative. I feel very young and beautiful with a lot of energy! I only exercised twice a week (and still do, most of the time), and it’s usually 30-40 min workout, but I saw huge improvements in only a few months!!
